Paul Paglialunga’s construction story begins at a very young age. He fondly remembers visits to job sites where his father was a bricklayer, and being intrigued by a well-dressed gentlemen instructing workers from rolled up blueprints. This man seemed an integral part of the construction process; Paul was immediately inspired. By his mid-20s, he would build his first four homes. After attending Danforth technical school, which specialized in design and drafting, he went on to start a home design business. In the late 1970’s Paul was hired to build a custom home for a client. Soon after, he would invest his life’s savings to purchase four building lots. This investment turned out to be very successful and he went on to build many more homes over the next 40 years. Today, Paul Paglialunga and his team design and construct several multi-million dollar homes every year for very discerning clients. They have become well known as one of Richmond Hill’s premier custom home builders.Paul’s specialties can be summed up into two words: aesthetics and construction. They allow him to create truly custom homes and experiences for his clients.
